Managing the sanctions for a Conviction Offense entails entering fines, restitution, incarceration, RIP, RS, and probation data. The Sanction Manager is a set of screens, Sanction Manager (Incarceration), Sanction Manager (IP), and Sanction Manager (Probation), that are used to enter, view, and update information about an OTN’s incarceration, intermediate punishment, and probation. Some Conviction Offenses do not allow intermediate punishment; in these cases, the Sanction Manager (IP) screen will not be displayed for any of the OTN’s in the Judicial Proceeding.

When sanctions are entered, the user must specify whether they run concurrent or consecutive to some other sanction within the judicial proceeding. After the sanctions are entered, the applicable dates are calculated and displayed on this screen.
