Figure 1: Guideline Sentence Form

The Guideline Sentence Form can be viewed and printed anytime after the creation of a Judical Proceeding and at least one Conviction Offense has been entered. To view the Guideline Sentence Form, click on the Guideline Form menu item below the Judicial Proceeding button on the navigation bar. A list of the Conviction Offenses will be displayed. Click on the OTN link to view the Guideline Sentence Form for a particular Conviction Offense.
