The Digital Dashboard screen represents a summary view of the work the user currently has in progress. This includes Judicial Proceedings broken down into three lists:

· Judicial Proceedings that still need to be worked on (Pending Completion)

· Judicial Proceedings waiting to be submitted to PCS (Pending Submission)

· Judicial Proceedings that have been submitted but can still be modified by County Administrators (Submitted).

Another purpose of the Digital Dashboard is to present a springboard into specific areas within the application for a specific Judicial Proceeding by a simple click of the mouse.

The icons below the PRS, Offense, and Sentence column headings indicate the respective module’s status. The icon indicates the respective portion of the judicial proceeding is not completed. The icon indicates the respective portion of the Judicial Proceeding is complete.

Once all three modules of the Judicial Proceeding are complete, the Judicial Proceeding will move to the Pending Submission Proceeding list.

The data under the PRS, Offense, and Sentence column headings are links to the Prior Record Score, Offense, and Sentence screens respectively.
