The first step in submitting a Guideline Sentence Form is creating the Offender. Next, the Offender is linked to a Judicial Proceeding. After creating the Judicial Proceeding, the user may enter Prior Record Score information or attach Conviction Offenses to the Judicial Proceeding. Once Prior Record and Offenses are entered, users can proceed to the Sentencing section of SGS Web.

[A Judicial Proceeding is defined as: “A proceeding in which all offenses for which the offender is convicted are pending before the court for sentencing at the same time.”]
