A new Judicial Proceeding can be created either: 1) when the Offender is first created or 2) when the Offender has already been entered into the system and is not yet tied to a Judicial Proceeding.

Judges can be selected from the drop down list. The Judges for the user’s county will be at the top of the list. If the Judge is not yet known, the option of selecting “(pending)” is available. If “(pending)” is selected, the Judicial Proceeding may not be electronically submitted to PCS until an actual Judge is selected. The County field is filled in automatically, based on the county of the user.
