In the Future - Request County and State Parole Data and Resentencing Data
Act 81 of 2008 directed the Commission on Sentencing to develop guidelines for parole and resentencing as well as recommitment guidelines for state parole revocations.
Upon development of those guidelines, the Commission will collect data.
Data will be then be available to the public.
