Sentencing Seminars
On-site Seminars & Training
Counties, agencies and associations may request any of the Commission's seminars or training be provided on-site at your location, or may request an individualized seminar or training on a sentencing-related topic tailored to fit a particular time frame. For in-site presentations, the Commission requests a minimum of 20 participants. Contact the Sentencing Policy Specialist in your region for details and arrangements.
Most sentencing seminars offered by the Commission are approved for Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education credit and there is a $25 application fee required prior to the seminar date. If approved, Certificates of Training and CLE Request Forms are distributed to participants at the conclusion of the seminar. The CLE Request Form is completed by the attorney and submitted with payment to the Pennsylvania CLE Board.
