This 1.5-hour seminar provides an introduction to sentencing in Pennsylvania. Topics include Pennsylvania’s statutory framework, minimum and maximum penalties, grading of offenses, available sentencing alternatives, and an overview of the sentencing and resentencing guidelines. This session is eligible for CLE and CJE credits.
