Regional Meeting Agenda
10:00 a.m. – Noon: CJE/CLE Seminar, Sentencing and the Guidelines (Warren County Courthouse). This seminar will highlight additions and modifications to the existing guidelines from 2020 through 2022 (Amendment 6 to the 7th Edition Sentencing Guidelines; initial Resentencing Guidelines and Amendment 1; Sentencing Risk Assessment Instrument), recently enacted legislation, and relevant case law. *The seminar is free to attend, and the Commission will cover the cost of CLE credits.
Noon – 1:15 p.m.: Lunch break
1:15 – 3:15 p.m.: Discussion on Working Draft of Sentencing Guidelines Proposals (Warren County Courthouse). This informal roundtable discussion will provide Commission staff the opportunity to meet directly with stakeholders to receive comments and recommendations on the current set of proposals published in the PA Bulletin and any revisions made during recent Commission policy meetings. Staff will overview the various proposals and moderate the discussion. *This meeting is not entitled to CJE or CLE credits.
