The Education and Outreach Unit has scheduled several Zoom seminars to include Sentencing Fundamentals, Sentencing Guideline Fundamentals, and Sentencing Commission Updates. To register for a virtual seminar, use the links listed below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

3-hour seminars have been scheduled to overview sentencing fundamentals and sentencing guidelines fundamentals. In an in-person setting, these two topics would be covered in a one-day training. Due to the virtual nature, they have been scheduled over two days. Individuals can register for one or both seminars. The seminars are intended for individuals who need to be familiar with and understand general sentencing structures and statutes and for those required to calculate the sentencing guidelines.

The Education and Outreach Unit has scheduled 1-hour seminars to overview recent amendments to the sentencing and resentencing guidelines as well as highlight proposals being considered and developed by the Commission on Sentencing.
