Sentencing Basics: This 1.5-hour seminar introduces attendees to the statutory sentencing framework, reviews minimum and maximum penalties, grading of offenses, and sentencing alternatives. This session will also briefly introduce the 8th Edition Sentencing Guidelines and sentencing matrix’s inclusion of sentencing alternatives included with standard range recommendations.
