Since 1982, the Commission has collected information on sentences imposed by criminal court judges.  Data provide the foundation for research, evaluations, and analyses.  They also are key in identifying emerging trends, developing public policy, projecting resource needs, and reporting on conformity to guidelines.  Information is publicly available through the Commission’s data portal.  For more customized reports and data sets, order forms are provided.
