The SGS Web Help Desk Portal is a virtual ticket system for SGS Web and all related questions. The portal will prompt visitors to supply Help Desk staff with important details about their inquiries on SGS Web, SGS Web technical concerns, and for assistance with sentencing guidelines, re-sentencing guidelines, or the sentence risk assessment instrument. Once practitioners submit questions, the status and resolution can be easily monitored.
