Two recently published reports are now available:

Short Sentence Parole Report (SSP): presents an evaluation of the implementation, recidivistic outcomes, and effectiveness of the SSP program during its first two-plus years of operation.

2020-2021 Annual Report: This special edition addresses the sentences imposed during calendar years 2020 and 2021, the activities of the Commission during this period, and the impact of COVID-19 on sentencing practices in Pennsylvania.
