Biography:

Robert J. Sisock is the Education and Outreach Manager for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing. In this role, he directs the Education and Outreach Unit which is tasked with developing and providing trainings, seminars, and other learning materials for the Commission to meet the statutory requirements of the organization. In addition, he is tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with criminal justice stakeholders to include legislators, judges, districts attorneys, defense attorneys, and related organizations as well as respective staff in order to assist with policy development, support, and implementation.  

Previous to this position, Mr. Sisock served as the Criminal Court Administrator for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas where he was tasked with administering the daily functions in processing approximately 6,000 criminal cases each year. He has also served on various boards and organizations to include the Executive Board of the PA Association of Court Managers, Dauphin County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Dauphin County Reentry Coalition’s Executive Committee, Dauphin County Pretrial Services Board of Directors, and Past President of the Shippensburg University Alumni Association.  

Mr. Sisock regularly serves as an adjunct instructor in the political science and criminal justice departments where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in public administration, public management and strategic planning and budgeting to include curriculum for the Juvenile Court Judges Commission’s Master in Administration of Justice program.  

Mr. Sisock received his Bachelor of Arts in political science and Master in Public Administration from Shippensburg University.
