The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing is required to meet at least four times a year and not less than semiannually to establish its general policies and rules (Title 42 Pa.C.S.A. Judiciary and Judicial Procedure, §2152) and is subject to the provisions of the Public Agency Open Meeting Law.
