Description: This 1-hour seminar highlights timely and frequently asked questions related to the 8th Edition Sentencing Guidelines and its complementary suite of guidelines (resentencing guidelines, State parole guidelines, State parole recommitment ranges). A variety of topics may be covered at a high-level pertaining to sentencing-related statute and the application of sentencing guidelines. Additional topics may include recently enacted legislation and case law. This seminar is approved for CLE credits.
