A correction to § 303a.13(b) of the 8th Edition Sentencing Guidelines was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on March 9th, 2024. The Commission materials posted for 8th Edition Sentencing Guidelines reflect the correction, which will be codified in the June 2024 Code Supplement.
