Description: This interactive 2-hour seminar examines the policies in § 303a.4 (prior record score) through conversations on general and miscellaneous provisions. Attendees will engage in identifying previous offenses, selecting the POG, and determining lapsing for previous offenses. The seminar concludes with applying all the policies to determine the PRS for example cases. The use of cameras and microphones is encouraged but not required.
